The Сonference is held within the framework of the Megagrant (Agreement No. 075-15-2025-010, dated 02.28.2025) "Advanced functional materials for digital and quantum electronics".
In September Center for advanced mesoscience and nanotechnology, MIPT together with the School of Physics, Beijing Institute of Technology will conduct International Conference, the core idea of it - is to consolidate specialists from Russia and China, working on the implementation and study of micro- and nanodevices based on newly obtained materials in order to improve the energy efficiency and modern digital and quantum microelectronics productivity.
PROGRAM COMMITTEE
Stolyarov Vasily - Professor, Director of the Center for Advanced Mesoscience and Nanotechnology MIPT
Jiafang Li - Associate Professor, PhD Supervisor, School of Physics, Beijing Institute of Technology
Golubov Alexandr - Professor, Head of the Laboratory of Topological Quantum Phenomena in Superconducting Systems, MIPT
Bobkova Irina - Professor, Head of the Laboratory of Spin Phenomena in Superconducting Nanostructures and Devices, MIPT
Melnikov Alexander - Professor, chief researcher of the laboratory of spin phenomena in superconducting nanostructures and devices, MIPT
Vagov Alexey - Professor, Director of the Center for Quantum Metamaterials, HSE
Frolov Alexander - Dr, head of the laboratory of photoelectron spectroscopy of quantum functional materials, MIPT
Gorshunov Boris - Professor, Head of the Laboratory of Terahertz Spectroscopy, MIPT
Geliang Yu - professor of Nanjing University
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
Obukhova Irina - coordinator of international cooperation of the CMN
Dobrovolskaya Ekaterina - administrator of the CMN
Egorova Irina - administrator of the CMN
Sedov Egor - research fellow
During the Conference - an exchange of ideas will be held as a way to create a “physical basement” for a new class of fundamentally new elements and devices of post-silicon electronics. The topics include (and go beyond): the fundamentals of physics with topologically protected electronic subsystems, the physics of hybrid superconducting and ferromagnetic systems, as well as a discussion of ideas for the development of control elements for superconducting quantum circuits and private digital and quantum devices.
You can register and submit your abstract by sending it to email: dobrovolskaia.ea@mipt.ru./andreeva.alex@gmail.com.
In terms of information and publication support of the 2025 Symposium on Advanced Functional Materials in Quantum and Optoelectronics a special issue of the journal "Mesoscience and Nanotechnology" (https://jmsn.press) will be organized, in which articles will be published based on the reports presented at the Symposium.
